Company Profile

PepsiAmericas, with $4.9 billion in revenues, is the world’s second-largest manufacturer, seller and distributor of PepsiCo beverages with operations mainly in the U.S. and Central and Eastern Europe. In the U.S. we serve a significant portion of a 19-state region, primarily in the Midwest, and account for approximately 19 percent of total U.S. PepsiCo volume. Across the globe, we have operations in Central and Eastern Europe including Romania, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. PepsiAmericas also operates in the Caribbean and Central America through an 18 percent interest in a joint venture arrangement with Central America Beverage Corporation (CABCORP). In addition, we have a 20 percent equity interest in a joint venture that produces, sells and distributes PepsiCo products and other beverages in Bulgaria. We also do business in Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, as well as the Bahamas, through distribution agreements.
